From august 10th to september 6th
Opening on thursday 11th from 6pm
“If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but I have no love, I'm nothing.”
We are amazed how wonderfully the ancient sutra praises fathers’ greatness and mothers’ kindness. Parents always intend to pass their happiness of life to their children but nowadays sometimes I wonder whether father's love exists. It seems if it is half full. Actually, what is father’s love?
Love gives you energy to live; it makes man’s life meaningful and powerful. Sometimes, I feel I have lost that invisible love and seek it from others. Can others give me my father’s love?
Dear fathers! If you are commanded by that love, if you can keep that love in you, all families will be in peace, the country will be stable and the people will be happy.
D.Batnasan
We hope that D. Batnasan’s paintings and his use of colour will stir your feelings and make you think about.

Ts.Battur was born in 1980 in Saikhan village of Selenge province. Since 2003 when he graduated Institute of Fine Arts as an artist, he started to test his abilities and talents by creating new artworks.
His artworks represent mostly night, darkness, mystic world, secret atmosphere, ghostly character, soft sadness and feminine beauty. Many artists get inspiration from the lights and colors from the sun and daytime to create their artworks. But for him it’s the opposite, he thinks that in the night and dark there are hidden pure colors, lights and glows; he aims to represent the feelings coming from darkness and night.
Ts.Battur since when he was a student researched and tested ways to connect mongolian old traditional art methods with european modern technics. Especially he studied by the traditional way to decorate with engraved ornaments called in mongolian “Zumberleh”. In this exhibition we included this kind of artworks and also displayed abstract paintings and sketches.
Through this exhibition artist Battur wishes to invite visitors to understand better their life, their emotions, their lifestyle and the glows and beauty of night.

The artist J.Oilan paints in a surrealistic way and is mostly specialized by using the blue colors and tons. He wants to show the real representation of his senses. He aims for the viewer to feel any extensive and deep emotions from his inner bosom. Some of his artworks were created using ideas and images from his dreams.
SURREALISM artistic movement :
Surrealism was created in the early twentieth century in Europe. André Breton (a French artist) wrote the first manifesto of surrealism artistic movement and qualified it as a pure psychic experience and representation of psychic automatism in spite of any activity of reason and aestheticism.
It is close to dream, to pure imagination in opposition to reality and it allows the artist to choose the representation of the topic and the way he will express it. There is no requirement other than to let the conscience aside and to make way for a certain automatism, not to think about a theme of representation but to leave dream and imagination complete the artwork.
One of the most famous artists of the time of Surrealism was no doubt Salvador Dali.
André Breton wanted to connect the imaginary to the real world, so the representation may include an element of reality mixed with an imaginary context or a pictorial representation made by the artist.
